At least Dave was smart enough to ask here before proceeding.
I've had friends who've reformated and reinstalled their OS
trying to clear this error, when they never bothered looking to
see if a floppy was in the drive..

Hi George,

You have two minuses and a space just before your name in your posts.
Is this intentional? It means that everything after that is removed in
many news/mail clients and in this case it snips all context.

No. The only thing I put in for my Signature is the bottom long line which I use to keep me seperated CLEARLY from those I am replying to. I can't stand bottom posting because I have better things to do then scroll through words I've already read. The little line you see up top of my name is a "feature" of my Newsreader Outlook Express. It is also damnation on other servers. If I could turn it off I would but I don't know how.
