I am getting this message when I turn on my computer. I
just did a reboot and I started getting this error. Do you
know how to fix this problem? On Microsoft support
website, it says: "To resolve this problem, contact
Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the Bcupdate2
utility".

Thanks
Ralf

Set the BIOS to boot CD before Hard Disk. Boot the XP CD and, instead
of Setup, take the immediate R for Repair. Assume any password
requested is blank, and TAB over.

Give the command (assuming your CD is seen there as D:, you may need to
experiment)
COPY D:\i386\ntldr C:\

(that is letter i, number 386)
