NTLDR is missing

I shutdown, replaced the mouse and boot up Windows 2000 Prof
and I am getting NTLDR is missing. W2000 were installed
on 80 GB hard drive NOT upgraded from W95/98/XP.

Make sure you didn't leave a non bootable floppy in your
floppy drive.
