Hello, when my system running windows vista premium starts up it comes to the
windows boot manager and stops. it is telling me to run the windows repair
feature of of the disk, and i have done that. That does not fix the problem.
here is what the message says.

file: \windows\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe

status: 0xc00000e9

Info: Windows faild to load becuase the kernel is missing or corrupt.


This OS was installed from a upgrade.

any help with this issue will be greatly appriciated.

Been finding out this can be a RAM problem. Have you added RAM? Remove
some.....
and swap them in and out to see if error occurs. If you have added different
RAM try
swapping its locations. Usually faster RAM first.
