NTFS File Systems

Can someone tell me: [1} Where would I get these files
from and [2] how do I install NTFS File Systems
7509594,7512164,7512581,7513002,7513437,7513439,7513624.

Also, I'm still having a problem getting back in to this
sytem to see my responses.

What kind of files are they? Just numbers tells us nothing.
The xp cd can format a drive as ntfs and install xp.

Use outlook express to read the newsgroups instead of the web page
interface.

Choose the open with news reader link.
