Somebody's Gotta Know...

I'm trying to convert my hard drive from FAT32 to NTFS
format and I'm running into a small problem.

After entering convert c: /fs:ntfs @ the cmd prompt,
it asks for the Name of the drive. I entered DRIVE_C
and it tells me that it can't comply because the drive
is currently being used by another process.

What's wrong? Am I giving it the wrong drive name?
That's what I see when I click on the "Properties"
tab for my hard disk.

Please advise...
Thanks

If it asks you to do it when you reboot the PC, answer Yes.
Reboot the PC, and the conversion process should begin.
