ntdll.dll

Geoff

Any time I try to open a .jpg picture that I have put on
my computer from my camera or look at a folder in Windows
Explorer, the application closes and returns me to the
desktop. Sometimes I get an error message (but not always)
which refers to a problem with ntdll.dll.

I am running XP Pro which I have reinstalled twice over
the past two weeks, the last one on 8/22. The only update
I have added to that installation has been SP2. I still
can't get at these pictures. I can't even e-mail them
anywhere as attachments. I need to be able to get to them
for my wife's Real Estate business... CAN ANYONE HELP?!?
