Hello -- Just installed IE7 a couple weeks ago. Every time I try to close IE
7, I get an error message that says Internet Explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can
stop this from occuring? I have listed the error message below.
Also, I had a similar error message with Outlook 2002 (ntdll.dll, ModVer
5.1.2600.1217) that showed up practically every time I used outlook for more
than 10 minutes. For about 2 years, I couldn't figure out how to stop the
error message. Then, what seemed like randomly, it stopped occuring so often
and I rarely see it now. Perhaps these problems are related. Any insights
are greatly appreciated. (I'm not an expert). Is there a way to repair this
ntdll.dll file? Would that help?
