ntbackup

I am having trouble getting the ntbackup function to work correctly on our
machine. We need to have it set up to run every weekday at 1:00am to backup
our main file storage drive, i.e. d:. I also need it to save a log file,
which we used to name c:\backup\backup.txt.

We recently moved from NT Server to a new installation of Windows 2000
Professional. I know that it's a downgrade, but we really didn't need the
Server software anymore.

Here is what I used under NT:

ntbackup backup D: /v /b /l "c:\bat\backup.txt" /t normal

Here is what I am currently using for w2k pro:

ntbackup backup @c:\bat\backup.bks /v:yes /hc:blush:ff /m normal /l:f /p "4mm
DDS"

My main issue is getting the log file to be stored in the directory
c:\backup and not in the backup program, which is where I'd have to look for
it.

Also, we change the tapes every weekday. Is the /um switch to be used or
not? I just didn't understand the examples I found in another post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
