ntbackup return code 45

[carrick]

when i run ntbackup.exe from the command line i get a
return code 45.

Any idea what this means?

This is the problem you're experiencing:

260327 Backup Returns Invalid and Inconsistent Return Codes

This was resolved in Windows XP (and later).
