NTBACKUP Free Media

I have a question. I am using NTBACKUP to backup my Windows 2000/2003
servers. My question is if I allocate a tape to free media, can I schedule a
backup with the "new media" option and NTBACKUP will just use whatever tape
is in the drive providing that its in the "free media" pool? or do I have to
use the actual name of the tape?

I just want to be able to schedule daily backups and have staff change the
tapes daily without having to log on to the server.
