ntbackup.exe not working

I am running Windows XP Home with all the latest updates. I have been using
the Windows backup utility (ntbackup.exe ver 5.1.2600.2180) without problems
earlier. Now it has stopped working. The backup fails, reporting that it
cannot read or cannot find certain files. The files seem to be random from
each try I make. Running chkdsk reveals no faults and the files that
ntbackup.exe have problems with can be opened without any problems otherwise.

Any idea what to do to make ntbackup.exe run again?

All the files exist and opens without any problems

Visst vet jag vad "Det går inte att hitta filen" betyder!
Try copying the files manually: First while logged on under
your own account, then while logged on under the account
you use to schedule the backup task.

You should also post the full ntbackup command as seen
in the Task Scheduler.
