NT4 to W2K w/Exchange5.5

I have a newer machine as NT4 PDC running Exchange5.5,
two older machines running NT4 as BDCs. Want to upgrade
the PDC to W2k in place while maintaining Exchange5.5.
Possible? What is the best approach?
