NT4 to W2k upgrade

Can't upgrade due to a Shuttle Sharer parallel port
storage device found when it checks the drivers. I go to
devices in NT4 and cannot find such a driver to disable or
uninstall. What ever this is I don't need it. Don't use
the parallel port on this PC. Is there a way to force W2k
to install anyway? Thanks
