NT4 Domain Upgrade

We are planning on upgrading our Domain from NT4.0 to W2k
Domain. We have a new server that will be used for the
new W2K Domain. However, I have to migrate DHCP, WINS etc
to the new Domain. Is there a Domain migration tool that
will migrate users, DHCP, WINS to the new server. Or is
it much better to just upgrade the current servers to
w2k. Thanks.

It was my understanding that for security purposes
*nothing* could migrate users and passwords except
upgrading your existing domain controller in place.

Even if there are other tools that will do it, why
wouldn't you want to just upgrade your existing servers?
