nt to vat32

Please can someone tell me how to change my op system
from nt to vat 32.
my hard drive is partitioned, i had drive c formated
because of problems i have recieved my computer back with
nt on c and vat32 on d.

You mean NTFS to FAT32..

Not without third party apps. Even then, backup your stuff first.

The current WinXP file systems are:
NTFS=NT File System
FAT=File Allocation Table.
VAT=Something you prepare whiskey in?

There are two ways to move from NTFS to FAT:
a) Use a commercial product such as PartitionMagic
b) Copy the lot to another disk, reformat the original disk,
copy things back again.

Over here it stands for Value Added Tax, which is currently 17.5% (I recall
the days when it was only 12.5%) and is added at the POS.
