When I start my laptop, I get the error message:
NT On-Access Scanner service. has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error Signature:
szAppName : szAppVer : 0.0.0.0 szModName :

Technical Report Error Report Contents:

I am unable to delete these files (they nare associated
with a program running)

What can I do to prevent this error message?
Or should this be posted to another forum?
