NT Detect Failed

Hope you can help on the problem i am encountering at the
moment cause i cant open my comp. When i opened my comp it
says right away "NT Detect Failed". I doesnt goes to
windows.Upon turning the on it will automatically says "NT
Detect Failed" and its black screen. Hope somebody would
help me on my problem. Thanks.

You can boot the Windows 2000 Setup disks or CD-Rom and choose "R" for
Repair, then "R" to use repair process, then "M" for manual repair, choose
"Inspect Startup Environment" and "Inspect Boot Sector" only.

Mr Dave Patrick,

Thanks for your prompt reply regarding my problem. But
what if i dont have the Windows 2000 Set-up disk, cause
when we buy this comp its already a package, meaning the
Windows 2000 OS is already in the comp, do u have an
alternative solution.

There is no alternative solution, unless yr pc came with any other recovery
type cd.
If it did be aware it will probably completely wipe any files on the sys
