NT Authority System Message

I have read a few messages regarding this error, but I
for the life of me cannot figure out how to get rid of
this! It is annoying, and I am getting VERY frustrated.
In the last 30 mintutes, that message has popped up 5
times. Can someone please help me figure out what to
do!!! I am not that smart with computers, and could use
all the help I could get! Thanks a bunch!!

To stop the reboots: Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc. Scroll down
to Remote Procedure Call (RPC)/Logon/First Failure/Restart the Service.

Then close Windows Explorer, End Process in the Task Manager for
msblast.exe, run the edit on line 257 then run the patch listed below it:
