NT Authority\shutdown.....

when on the internet for several minutes a message
appears "this system will shut down by NT
AUTHORTIY\SYSTEM Windows will have to reboot because of
RPC (Remote procedure call)..... can any one tell me
whays the problem here? running windows XP.

Go to msconfig and look for msblast and turn that off first.Then you should
be able to get to the link without getting kicked off.
