PLEASE STOP SHOUTING!!!

XP should not stop you from downloading the software (when I the term
"download" I mean to copy it from another device on the network to your
computer). Your inability to "download" is problem number 1.

Problem number 2 is running it on XP. GIve it runs on so many versions
of windows it will surely run ok on XP. It's not that different. Run
via the "compatibility wizard" program. also consult with the developer
of the program to find out their advice for running on XP.

Don't use all CAPS!

You can install the program and it will probably run just
fine. If it doesn't, try setting the properties for the
program's exe file to "compatibility mode" for Windows 98 or
NT.
