Is there some option to mark "notify me of replies" to all my posts ??

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)

Since you are using the Web interface to post as far as I know that option is
not available. For that matter it's not available in OE either. However if you
use OE as your news reader you could select a news group and then go to
View>>Current View>> and check "Show Replies to my messages".
Instructions for using OE as your news reader can be found here

According to your post's headers, you are using Microsoft CDO access to
newsgroups. You get whatever the webnews-for-dummies interface
provides. If you want more functionality, start looking at using a real
newsreader. In OE, for example, you can simply add the Watch flag to a
thread and then sort on that flag so those posts appear at the top of
the header pane. Makes it real easy to watch your posts or those of
interest to you.

For microsoft.public.* groups, you can connect OE to the free Microsoft
NNTP server at news.microsoft.com. For other groups, use the NNTP
service provided by your ISP, pay for one, or rely on the flaky free
servers (of which few allow you to post).

Only if you use a real newsreader instead of the Microsoft CDO you are
using.
