NOTIFICATION_EVENT_ON_AC_POWER

I'm playing around with CeRunAppAtEvent ... does anyone have info on the
NOTIFICATION_EVENT_ON_AC_POWER event? On a PPC2003 Ipaq 2215 this event
gets created (meaning I see it in the device's database) but doesn't get
fired when docking the app or otherwise plugging the device into a power
source.

A few of these events seem unsupported (such as this one); is it an OEM
thing as to whether or not it will work?

It shows how to handle power state transitions. In your case you will need
to watch for PBT_POWERSTATUSCHANGE and check the actual power status. The
only catch - this is not available on PPC2002
