A field called Mark_delete is poputed automatically "Yes"
in the Access database when a student is deleted via the
web page.

How can I get MS Access to sent a nitification message to
indicate the field Mark_delete has been populated?
 
I have seen a product called "Total Access Emailer" from FMS but have not actually used it. It seems as though this would take care of your issue.
