Notification wnd for RNadmin?

Does anyone know what this means? I get the message when I try to shutdown
or restart. It asks if I want to end the program and then it says program
not responding. Any help appreciated.

Hi,

It means you either need to disable RealOne Player from loading at bootup,
or uninstall it completely. To disable it, start/run msconfig and check the
startup tab.
