Notification when new mail arrives

My notification has a delay. When someone sends me an e-
mail, it does not notify me immediately. Other computers
in my office do not have this same problem. Can anyone
help?

Do you need to switch to a new folder to get new mail?

It's a problem with your NAT router and UDP:
