Nothing looks centered on website

Help! I'm using Front Page 2003 on a wide screen laptop to create a website,
and what looks centered to me doesn't look centered on other PCs. Even when I
preview the website locally or remotely, it looks great on my wide screen. I
could use some suggestions on how to make it appear centered on my laptop and
desktop.

Corey, thanks for your help. I went to each of the links you posted, and I
think it's a little too technical for me. I'm not sure how to put a "div"
wrapper around the whole website. I don't use the code view, and have very
little experience with it. Is there a simplified version for those of us who
are code challenged?
