Nothing appear on start up

when i start my computer all i can c is my background decktop and my mouse
arrow

and i can't c the desktop icon , start menu and Vista sidebar.

i need to click on Ctrl + Alt + Del then i write explorer.exe under file in
the task manager to make everything appear

i may have some problem in the start up files

so any one can help ?

i can't restore it

i select repair my computer then i click next then i click repair start up
files

a msg appear telling me that windows didn't find any problem in my start up
files

the problem is from my start up file becouse when i write explorer.exe

when i open the Command prompt it says " the command prompt has been disabled
by your administrator "

i tried to search in google how to enable it but i couldn't enable it

any idea how can i enable it ?

Start>Programs>Accessories. Right click Command Prompt>Choose Run as
Administrator.

yesterday i opened the same web page and i tried method 1 and 3 and they
didn't work lool

now i tried method 2 and i worked

now i wrie sfc/scannow

and i'll c what will happen

Run CHKDSK (takes a loong time).
Right click C drive. Properties>Tools>Check now.

ok there are 2 option 1 of them is checking "automatically fi........"

should i check the other one "scan for and att......."


but this one is really take too much time

Maybe your task bar got zeroed.

Move the cursor to the bottom of the screen. Does it change to a double
arrow?

If so, hold down the left-mouse button and move the cursor up.
