Notepad

I have Notepad on my office PC. It has a "Replace" and
a "Replace All" function in the edit menu. But, I do NOT
have those same options on my home PC. I have Windows XP
at the office and I have Windows ME at home. What's up? Is
there an upgrade of Notepad available?

The version of Notepad in Windows XP has more features than the version in
Windows ME. The only way to get this version is to get Windows XP - it isn't
available separately. However, there are a number of other third party text
editors available if you want more features. Personally, I use emacs.
