Notepad Print headers format

In previous versions of Notepad, the header containing
the filename (or whatever you customize it as) was
separated from the body of the text in the file by a
blank line, or maybe two. In the XP version, this header
is printed directly above the file contents without any
space between.

Is there a way to get that space back?

I didn't try this to see if it works, but maybe you can try. The only
setting I see that has any connection to the issue is the margins.
Maybe increasing the margin size will move the text farter from a fixed
footer/header location ... or maybe footer/header moves with margin
settings. Don't know. Try. Otherwise may be stuck with it. Notepad is
a freebie.

Tried changing the margins, but to no good. It only moves both
the title and the body up, but still no space.
