Notepad.exe

I ran Norton Antivirus software and as a result file
notepad.exe was quarentined. I believe this means it is no
longer active/available on my system? How do I get it
back? someone told me to go to dos and do a copy from my
Window 2000 cd to my hard drive. I do not know the dos
commands or how to get to dos. .. Isn't there file
compression issues also?? If anyone can let me know how to
get Notepad.exe back I would appreciate it.

You should be able to restore the file through Norton, just make sure that
it has been cleaned first
