notebook cant use..please help me

hello,it is me again. the last time,my windows logged in
with explorer errors. you tell me to use safe mode. and it
is worked. but this time the windows dont even logged in.
i didnt set up a password for logged in but it stay on
the windows xp picture and dont log in. i waited but it
still not log in. and i used safe mode which was opened by
pressing F5 when the windows start. but all mode i
used ,they all stay on the blue windows xp pictutue and
dont log in. please it is hurry. help me. please.

sounds like it's time to do a reinstall

Use the CD's that came with the laptop to reinstall
