Not to blockade count after three attempts

Friends,
Good afternoon!
I have N counts in the Active directory shaped like DC (domain control).
Operating system: windows 2000 server
I have a directive of group (GPO), where it is shaped several
functionalities.
If determined user, to miss the sign for three times automatically blockades
the count.
I did not find in the directive of group (GPO), this parameter.
It would like withdrawing, this funcionalidade.
Some hint?
