Not sending or receiving

My outlook express 6 works fine initially after turning pc on and sends and
receives ok, then if i close outlook and later open it again it will not send
and receive again untill i reboot. Then I can only send and receive once and
have to reboot again. in other words i can only send and receice once every
time i turn my pc on! Can anyone help?

Outlook and Outlook Express are different programs and have different
newsgroups. Unfortunately, you chose to ask this in an Outlook newsgroup.
