not sasser or blaster.....?

hi, my mate is having problems with her laptop, so ive tried to step in and
save the day! Could u help me win some brownie points??

she described what i thought to be the sasser or blaster bug, but ive used
the fix tool and its not infected with that!

however it willl log off after a countdown in a similar way..

she mentioned it says something like "fla shell" in the error box?

does this sound familiar?

pleeeease help
