Not Running ASP.NET Version 1.1 Error

I get that errpr when I try to Open an nre ASP.NET Web Application Project in
Visual Studio .NET 2003.
I read the Microsoft Knowledge Base 825792 and I did all the step but I'm
having the error message.
Any other Idea or solution ????

Was the application a v1.0 app?

Did you remap the application to v1.1?

I think you need to remap the IIS root to use ASP 1.1:
