not responding

Every time I go to use my movie maker it lasts only like
a minute and freezes. I get the message "not responding"
is there something wrong with my program? How do I go
about fixing it?

i had the same problem and luckily i found out the problem by chance. It was my audio file that was in a .avi format, apparently mm duznt like that 2 much, i converted it to a .wav... atleast thats what i remember, i would go through your file deleting different clips and testing the responsiveness of mm. no guarentees this will work though...
