Not releasing tables

Data is stored on a network drive. 2 users running mdb
on their on computers linking to the data. They seem to
be locking each other out. Changed module to delete the
link and re-link after the processing has been done and
lock out goes away.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem and someone in our IT department
took care of it for me. It had nothing to do with the
Access database but was the network. I will check and see
what they did.

Talked with our IT dept. They moved the data mdb off of
the network drive. There were issues there, but I didn't
get the details. Seems to be something related to 2000
server. If I find any more, I will let you know.
