not receiving when in BCC from one specific person

-generally: I do receive emails when I'm in BCC
- I receive email from this one and only person when I'm in TO or CC
But when this very same person sends email when I'm in BCC email is never
delivered.
It's not in deleted folder or Junk...I just don't receive the email
I checked the rules - I have nothing
I created a rule - didn't help...

BTW - i have Outllok 2002
 
It happened to me before. Have u tried restarting the exchange server?
 
is it at work? ask the email admin to restart the exchange if s/he can.
