I can send but not receive?
Prove it by showing us what is the error message you get when you can
"not receive". Don't describe the error message, or summarize it, or
paraphrase it, or truncate it. Show it all (but munge out your
username, if shown). "Not receive" gives no details for anyone to
remote diagnose your problem.
What TYPE of e-mail account (POP, IMAP, HTTP/DAV, HTTP/Deltasync,
Exchange)?
Who is the e-mail provider? Did you follow their instructions on
defining an e-mail account within Outlook so it works with their e-mail
service?
Did you disable the superfluous e-mail scanning in your anti-virus
program?
Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
to the next post and never return to yours. Go read:
