Not prompting for password

We just upgraded to outlook 2003 from outlook 2000 and a few of the users
email is not prompting them for their password anymore. Could you please
direct me to where the option is in 2003 to have it prompt for a password

From Control Panel, select the Mail icon, then select E-mail Accounts,
then View or Change existing e-mail accounts, then click Next, Then
select the account and choose Change.

Click the More Settings button, then select the Security tab. Choose
Always prompt for user name and password. Recommend that you use
Password Authentication (NTLM).
