not printing same as preview

how can i get excel to print exactly like whats shown in print preview?
meaning, i have 3 sentences in a cell in print preview, and when i print, it
becomes four, leaving one orphan word?

Try looking at your document a little closer AFTER you finish
previewing from your print preview. You should dashed lines denoting
where your page will end.

Short of that, try adjusting your margins wider.

Thanks LT but this isn't a page break issue. This is one cell in a row
wherein I have three rows of text and when it prints its four. It's three in
print preview. No matter what I do to the width of the column it still
happens. (we're talking about multiple occurences on 6 pages of documents.
arrrgh).
 
check the printere driver and be sure it can actually pringt the font that is
selected.
You may have to change the font to make it do what you want.
