not picking up internet connection

We have 5 computers on our network and all of them
connect through our server computer which is hooked up to
a cable modem. I can access the internet through other
computers and through games on the server computer but
Internet Explorer and Outlook will not work at all and I
am clueless as to what to do. Any suggestions on what to
do to get it to work?

Try going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections
Tab -> Setup or Add Connection, one of those should work

The Connection is set up already, and it works if I run a
game, Kazaa lite, or even Zone Alarm through it but it
won't work with IE, Outlook, or even Netscape so I'm
thinking it could be a hardware conflict but that still
doesn't make much sense considering the firewall works
