penis enlargement email messages? I have used the Message
blocker extensively and yet they persist. Is there
anything I can do?

Unfortunately, blocking the sender is ineffective because of the sheer
number of spammers out there, and the fact that they constantly change their
apparent "from" email addresses. Here is a good guide to setting up filters
in Outlook Express, assuming that's what you are using:
