Not in List Problem

I have a data input form with a limited to list combo box. When an item is
not in the list, I want to bypass the standard Access error boxes, capture
the text the user typed, open the form for inputting the new item, and then
refresh the data input form. I know I have seen the link to solve this
issue, but my searches aren't finding the original article. Can someone
please direct me to the code to fix this?
