Not comp[leting the internet connection

Hello;

Just the same as with other people, I cannot complete the
internet connection. The system indicates that it is
connected ( either through the router or by dial-up ), but
it cannot display any web pages. i get the following
error message:

Thank you I'll look into the fact that it might be an
infection of some sort.
