Not Calculating

I have a formula in 2 worksheets that work fine. I copied one of the
worksheets and changed the data. The new worksheet is not calculating the
formula "=AVERAGE(IF((F4:F31>=(H2))*(F4:F31<=(J2)),Q4:Q31))". Any ideas on
why this is not calculating? I have Excel 2002 SP3.

When you say "not calculating", what is happening?
Check in Tools > Options > Calculation tab that calculation is set to
automatic.

Values remain at 0. F9 does not work.
