Not booting up

I was trying to boot up windows and the task bar will
come up and then go away and the computer will stop
loading. The computer works because i can get into my
task manager but nothing will come up on my desktop and i
can not get into any files.

Any suggestions?

This is not the solution to your problem, but may allow you access. From the
applications tab in task manager click new task and type explorer to see if
you can bring up the shell.

Thanks Michael, but it does not work. I was looking at
the process tab in task manager and the only one that is
going is called System Idle Process. Does this have
anything to do with my problems or do you have any other
suggestions.
