Not authorized?

I have win xp pro and I was trying to set the schedule for automated tasks
in accessories for a backup - but after I get done scheduling it - it says
that I don't have access - error code 0x80070005 - You do not have
permission to perform the requested operation

can someone help me figure out why I don't have access? I don't have any
other accts except my admin acct which I am logged into.

Do you use a password to log into Windows? To set an automated backup, you
have to be logging into Windows using a password.
