Not allowed for interactive logon

Today it is the third time after a automatic Windows-update that I can't
login with my username and password to Windows XP Home SP2.
It comes the error-message: You are not allowed for interactive logon.
With the administrator's account I can edit all user-accounts but this error
will not be eliminated.
Is this a bug? Or can I fix this problem with another utility?
Two times I have opened a new account and copied the layers from the old
account. That cost lots of time. There must be a way to reactivate the
account.

I'm pretty certain that "interactive logon" refers to logging onto a domain;
something that I am also pretty certain that is not supported by WinXP Home.
